The Leisure and Cultural Services Department is launching the first-ever annual "Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival" in April 2023. The festival will introduce masterpieces of Hong Kong's pop culture golden era in the 1980s and 1990s from different perspectives, injecting new elements into the works and encouraging participation of young generation.
