Madame Tussauds Hong Kong

Madame Tussauds Hong Kong is a wax museum which opened in 2000, with over 100 astonishingly realistic wax figures in 11 themed zones, that delivers a fun and interactive celebrity experience in which everyone can either pose and take photo with their favorite star, or just compare themselves to the real thing.

There were two new zones established in 2015: K-Wave and Kung Fu. In view of the fact that the Korean wave has been a smash hit all these years in Hong Kong, Madame Tussauds laid out 50 million and set the zone covering 1,800 sqft, the zone is divided into 3 areas separately against the backdrop of Myeongdong Street, the study and the dancing floor. Furthermore, to express respect to martial arts and local Kung Fu films, Kung Fu zone is set right beside K-Wave covering 800 sqft. In order to have the visitors immerse in the Korean culture and the Kung Fu world, we designed and created some interactive installations for these 2 themed zones which bring up the visitors’ engagement.

Upon the understanding of the project backgrounds, we offered various interactive game proposals to the client in order to add some funny elements in the event. Following works were design works, program development, hardware design, sourcing & purchasing, venue and hardware set-up.
